Nice place to live! It was the first area, where I've bought my first place on Gold Coast and I am still not dissapointed. Walking distance to the sea. Driving distance of no more than 10 minutes to everything - SeaWorld, Main beach, major shopping malls, local markets, medical centres and schools, university is just across the corner. It might look a bit not so modern, but I love it as it is. Plenty of sporting facilities to play or to walk my dog, not so over-crowded, as Surfers Paradise, so I can still find parking spot for my car nearly everywhere and nearly every time - not including sunny weekend near the beach or on Marine Parade. I have enjoyed living here for more than 5 years and have no plans to move somewhere else.
