River Links is an amazing estate! I've lived there for 2 years and I miss it so much. It was 15 min from the heart of surfers paradise, close to all the theme parks, 10 min from sanctuary cove and 20 min from Mount Tambourine.
Its close to Helensvale westfields and Harbourtown, for just grocery shopping you just have to drive 5 min to oxenford where there's a wollies, Aldi and bunnings. The schools around the area are great - especially the private schools. There's several nearby child care centres too. Only thing I disliked was my drive into work...drive to Brisbane from the Gold Coast is not fun, you need to be prepared for some days to take up to 1.5hrs...on weekends its only a 40min drive!

It's a quiet gem nestled in between busy bankstown and greenacre...not many people know it exists. Its got a mix of new and old houses. I've lived here for the past 4 years and compared to other neighbouring areas this one stands out. Neighbours are friendly (but loud), area is elevated with most houses having views and its close to shops and public transport.
