The Heath is an awesome place to Live. I moved in approx 2 yrs ago and have never been so happy. The heath is safe for kids, plenty of parks and wide open spaces. The neighbours are so friendly and social. We often have our own Christmas parties and BBQ's in the park over summer. The heath is close to shops, Schools and facilities. The houses are great value on a comparison to nearby suburbs. They are reasonlably new and they dont require any work. I previously lived in Cheltenham in an older house which was the same price but required on going maitenance. The Heath is a fantastic place live and I personally dont have anything negative to say!
