Tarneit

"Safe, quiet, and near everywhere!!!"

We bought a house here in Tarneit last year and so far we are loving it.

PROXIMITY: We have all the shops, schools, GP, dentist, salons, gym, nearby (just inside 5km radius). Tarneit station is 5-10min drive with alternative routes too! Within 30mins, you’re in the CBD. M1 is very accessible.

COMFORT: We live comfortably in a house with 4BR, 2baths and 2-car garage. We have a huge backyard space whenever we want to have some bbq with friends. We can even park extra 2 cars outside. Inside the house, it is spacious and the kids love it!

PEOPLE: Very multicultural! There is a good mix of Indians, Asians, Kiwis. Neighbours are lovely! We are Aussies btw.

SAFETY: Every time we go out, all we see are families, young professional couples and kids. You can see unchained bikes or even lawn mowers in neighbour’s front yard and no one bothers to take them! We have not encountered any bad incidents in the neighbourhood! We feel very safe as we have home security cameras and alarms installed in our house. SAFETY IS AN INVESTMENT. Crimes are everywhere. What Im trying to say is that if you want peace of mind, then buy these home security devices as if youre installing a smoke alarm! Like fire, you don’t know when a crime will spark so better have these security systems and you can live your life without fears!

So far, I have no negative comments about this suburb!

Where are the safe estates or streets in Tarneit? I looked at the statistics for aggravated burglary up to June 2021 and it's almost the same as Point Cook which has a larger population.
