Browns Plains

"Close to Everything"

With the Mount Lindesay Highway forming the western boundary of the suburb, Logan motorway only a stones throw away and employment hubs at Berrinba and Crestmead nearby it is an ideally located for employment and easy accessibility to all points of the compass. With free standing houses as well as town houses and a considerable amount of infill taking place on larger allotments it is a vibrant suburb popular with both home purchasers and tenants who have an eye on affordability and convenience.
If you love the great outdoors, one of the largest parks in Browns Plains is the Forest Glen Park. Surrounded by trees and landscaped gardens, one of the main features of Forestglen Park is its gazebo and water feature where many photo shoots and weddings have taken place. The playground is set on sand and features two separate play structures with slides, swings and rockers. There are lots of shady spots to play or picnic in this park, however the play equipment itself is not covered. Apart from the gazebo, there are two single tables undercover and one large shelter with two tables. There are also barbeques- one double electric and one wood fueled.
As a property owner in this suburb - you can't go wrong if you move here.
