"A serene and green cul-de-sac quietly tucked away in nature's pocket, but within calling distance to necessities"
We fell in love with this street the first time we laid our eyes on it.
Having viewed and rejected over 15 properties for purchase, due to either surrounding area or price, this came across as a little gem to us, offering the best of both the worlds.
As for the buildings, most of the houses are brick-veneer and the construction has really kept up well over the years.
The landscape and ambience of this street warrants for it to be named a separate suburb by itself.
For amenities:
1) The wonderful Hazlett Oval is at a stone's throw away for that evening of exercise
2) The Glenquarie is within 2kms for all shopping needs (this now also has an ANYTIME fitness GYM)
3) Ingleburn station/restaurants/shops/services are within 3kms
Great for
- Amazing Transport options- 1/2hr buses, Trains, & M5
- Close to Village Shopping & full service facilities of Ingleburn, including fabulous restaurants, & first class nightlife with Ingleburn RSL
- Part of beautiful & seculuded 100% cul-de-sac streets of the Flowers Estate
Not great for
- It's a fair distance from the City, (but only 1/2hr or so on M5 or train to the Airport & Sydney City)
- Would be nice if the suburb had it's own cinema, & Bunnings (although Bunnings Crossroads is only 10mins drive away)
