Great suburb, mostly young professionals and families. A 5min cycle/drive to the beach, walkable to Karrinyup mall and Innaloo shops. Can walk to a lot of amenities like great cafes and bars in both Innaloo and Doubleview. Nice and friendly people. Freeway access is a bonus getting you into the cbd in 15-20mins, access to good public transport and trains at Stirling Station too
