Good old fashioned neighbourly street, where all the neighbours chat and know each other. We have a wide variety of ages in the street from newborns through to retirees and the sense of feeling safe is extremely high. Plenty of us families with dogs although none of them bark constantly or are annoying. Very low traffic as it's a cul-de-sac and with the Star Gate shopping centre around the corner, complete with bakery, haidresser, chemist, deli and variety stores, you're close enough to walk.
Very sad at having to leave this street after being here for 3 years (the joys of renting and the landlord selling his house) but we have made some wonderful friends who we will remain close to.
If you want to return to that wonderful close knit street feeling, look no further. I honestly believe Kingsford Court is THE best street in WA! (Gorgeous huge park at the end of the street too, which we all walk our dogs in and the kids play on the swings, or use the basketball hoops).
