"A great place so close to the CBD...probably the only suburb under Brisbane City Council limits where you can buy land."

Has to be one of the best potential suburbs in OZ. There is quite a lot of development land for sale at Rochedale Estates and Arise at Rochedale. It looks like the price of land is being pushed up by the demand. We looked at buying 420sqm there about 8 months ago and the price was about $320k. Now they are asking $360k for a 400sqm block. It's about 2mins drive to the M1, Gateway and the Ipswich motorway exits....you will be pleasantly surprised how close it is!!!!

Close to all the major highways in Brisbane
Just 17km to the CBD...about 20mins at peak hour traffic
It's very peaceful and quiet...and you are surrounded by huge mansions and nature so close to the city

Now I am trying to buy a land of 450 sqm. they are asking 550 K Arise at Rochedale. Is it so exepensive?
