Chittering is beautiful - picturesque valley views. I never tire of the views as I drive the kids to school. Even mundane tasks like hanging out the washing can be rewarded with beautiful valley views. I love living in the chittering shire and proud to call it home.

A wonderful little country community which is only 1 hour from Perth, offers the best of both worlds; the charm of the rural life with the conveniences at your doorstep.

My husband and I use to come up here and pitch a tent, but we never wanted to leave, 10 years later we live here and our children go to the local primary school.

I love the variety of people from all walks of live - it is a wonderful place for children to enjoy a beautiful safe and friendly environment, We have everything we need here Supermarket, post office, doctors, sporting facilities but the best part is Perth is only 1 hour away.

Of course we couldn't review Bindoon without mentioning the jewel, the new award winning Bindoon Bakehouse, fresh pumpkin bread and jubilee twist are my favorites. My son is hooked on the spinach and ricotta roll.

Bindoon is also famous for its topography with gently undulating hills, and rich loamy soil. So if you like gardening you can build your own garden paradise - or at least a productive vegetable garden.
