Manor lakes is an amazing suburb, when we were looking to build our home we scanned many suburbs in Melbourne and manor lakes stood out the most. It's a very special place to live if you're a nature lover, everything is within the suburb, it's located within close proximity to a train station, a shopping centre with wide retail options, schools and a childcare centre. The lake view is the best so far in any western suburb, and it's what got our attention when we first came to the area. The best thing about the suburb as well that we found in comparison to other western suburbs is how well planned and developed it is by the developers. This is in terms of the infrastructure of the roads and pedestrians pathways, so you can have plenty of walks without safety concerns. The minute you step out of your home you'll find that there are wide pathways for you to walk on for long hours, so the whole suburb is well structured and planned by the developers with safety in mind. Walking around the suburb and enjoying the lakeview never gets boring, as you walk there's an abundance of activities and gym equipments all around the lake so you can pause, take a deep breath and exercise whilst enjoying the stunning views of nature and the lakeside. If you're a family with kids, your children will enjoy that more as they walk around happily, ride their bikes safely or run on the pathway. We're also happy with the public school (Manor Lakes p-12 college), it's quiet sufficient for our children and the teachers there are amazingly supportive!
