Wilsonton is an economical suburb to live in. Has all the mod cons and is close to all ammenities. The Courts in particular are great to live in and some have an outlook with a view. Most homes that are decent in the area are typically 50 to 100 thousand cheaper than anywhere else in Toowoomba.We have lived here for 5 years and our neighbours have been here for over 20. You will always find 1 or 2 homes in the streets that look poorly cared for. But it comes down to choice. Usually these uncared places have regular tenancy changes. Looking positively, it is more realistic to live somewhere you can afford than somewhere you can't.
