Bracken Ridge

"Crackin place to live"

We moved to Bracken Ridge 5 years ago, compared to where we used to live it's paradise. The estate down on Denning Rd seems to have some interesting people who like to dismantle their cars by the side of the road, re-build then have a good burnout on a Saturday evening, ahh the smell of burning rubber, such a lovely fragrance to compliment the sound of the next door neighbour smashing out 1980's crap music till 3am. If you give that area a wide berth there are some lovely areas with freindly people surrounding you. Don't need to add anything else as it's all benn said before.

Great for

  • Convenience to the north and south coast/ airport
  • Access to all important facilities
  • Availability to public transport, beach, and village
  • Wide leafy flat streets
  • Good cost living

Not great for

  • Never had to phone the Police as the noise doesn't bother me as I'm used to young t*urds smashing cars outside my house then pouring petrol through your letter box.

Who lives here?

  • Professionals
  • Singles
  • Families with kids
  • Retirees
  • Tourists
  • LGBT+
  • Hipsters
  • Students
  • Country Lovers
  • Trendy & Stylish

I have been living in Denning Road, nearly 10 years, I don't have any trouble with noisy people and car smash people. There are people who lived in Denning Road, are who owned the house, retirees and professional. Rental is going very high and house prices are going higher and higher. Very convenient to go to city via train. To train station only take 10 minutes.
