"Great Area"
Great place to live, nice and quiet with schools and childcare. Shops are close by, good restaurants. Close to the water.

"Parks Galore"
Great street with parks for the kids to play in. Friendly community where everyone says hi and everyone joins in for the christmas lights display!

I agree it is in a great possition & close to all the essentials and we love the parks. However there is bad with the good & my expirence is a little different from above as my property pools/floods when it rains. Im also having trouble getting used to the smell of the lakelands of an early morning and evening when the air is still. I also am in the middle of two State housing propertys and I can assure you its not quiet where I am. However we have friends in the same street who have great neighbous & have spent a bit of money on drainage and are quite happy with the street.
