"Live mortgage free in paradise close to a capital city!"
This would have to be the most affordable place in Australia with blocks of land for under $20k and still well within commuting distance to a capital city. Nowhere else even comes close on affordability and to top it off lovely community minded locals in a natural wonderland. We love it!
