I have seen house prices rise from $20-$40k 8 years ago to $150-$170k now. but Tailem Bend hasn't reached its potential YET... there is still a lot of cheaper land around and Murray Bridge is getting wider. I believe give another 20 years and it will become a suburb of Murray Bridge. definitely a "HOTSPOT" and an area to keep an eye on...
