First Avenue (West). Great comfortable cosy little street. Bit of a secret actually if you never been through it. When we were looking to buy as soon as I saw young families with their kids playing in the street and waving us as we were carefully driving through, I thought, yep!, you got me! Haven't looked back ever since.

Our young family love this little Suburb and are blessed to call it home. Doubt we will be moving out of here any time soon as the vibe is great and the schools in the area are excellent. The area is still really undervalued and underrated considering the the express train to the city (which I use) and the abundance of parks, schools and ammenities. The first time I drove into First Avenue (West) and saw the kids with their parents littered across the street I thought yep this is where we will be for abit. Haven't looked back!
