It is simple the street name says it all. with views from windypoint lookout to brighton beach as far as the eye can see what much more can there be. Close to medical, university, 5 min beach, shopping, 20 min to city, public transport, local schools.
great location quiet street and a even grander view

I purchase back in 2004 and was planning to stay for 12 months then relocate. i have fallen in love with the street and area due to conveniance of location (shops, beach, entertainment, eaterys) yet with a conservation outlook over national park and what the park offers (wildlife, country feel, walking trails, space, ambiance) you feel as though you live in the country every morning with the red sun rise comming over the hill.
