Epping has great eateries, from small cafes to great pubs. The location and transport links to cbd are brill. Schools and medical facilities top notch. Yes can be described as quiet, however after a busy day in cbd or away travelling Epping is a fabulous place for both young and old. And last but not least as a regular visitor from the US, I've always found the people to be very friendly.
