"What a nice suburb"

North Balgowlah is a really pleasant place to live. Friendly neighbours. Quiet streets. You can't go wrong if you are looking for a friendly safe suburb close to manly and CBD

Great for

Pretty with loads of renovated homes
Heaps of houses with lots of upgrade potential, large land sizes for new homes.
More than one school to choose from
The houses are improving fast

Not great for

You really need a car to live in North Balgowlah
