I have lived in Bayswater for the last three years and will be sad to see the end of our time here, but the time has come for us to move to something more... rural.

Our court is very quiet and the neighbours are great - everyone gets along really well, not a day goes by without a 'hows it going?' or a wave and a smile as you pass in the street.

Sure some of the houses may look a little older, but a lot are also being renovated now, and what a transformation! We are walking distance from shops, Knox Leisure Works, Boronia and Bayswater station and the bike track.

Bayswater now homes Aldi, Woolworths and Coles - as well as a recently built shopping hub with everything you need from a local centre.

I'd recommend Bayswater to anyone who asks.
