"Peace and Quiet"

Whilst it might be trendy to live in a new house in one of those new estates, this street has character, lots of greenery and big blocks of land. It's easy access to the local shops, easy access to public transport and a 5 min drive to the M5.

"Quiet by day, Noisy at night"

We moved here six months ago and looked at the house during the day - it was a rental property. To be frank, I'm glad we are moving to a house we've just bought away from this street.
We have an inconsiderate neighbour. His dog barks constantly and he has all night parties every weekend which result in very loud bad karaoke, drunken yobbos in his garage and the occasional guest who cannot hold their liquor and think that it's ok to let go outside a neighbour's window. We've asked them to be quiet to no avail and had to resort to ringing the Police.
It's a shame because this street has nice houses and all the other neighbour's seem reasonable even though we don't see them much.
