"This place is getting better and better - we are loving it"

When we just move to this place about 6 months ago, we do not really like this place because of the noise and the ongoing development. After staying and exploring around this suburb, we felt that this is quite a nice place as the basic amenities are close by. We feel that they are lots of potential for this suburb to grow provided Brimbank is keeping to their promise to upgrade and redevelopment this area to be a more promising suburb within the next few years.

Great for

Quite & peaceful
Near to the city
Near to supermarkets, schools and about 10km to highpoint shopping center
Friendly neighbours
Parklands, yet still not far from inner Melbourne
Variety of fresh produce in Sunshine shopping area

Not great for

Should have a police station in sunshine west
Ongoing development and upgrade, can be quite noisy at times
Do not have good public or private schools
Not enough Police
