Ascot Vale is an inner city suburb which is rapidly becoming extremely affluent!!! A suburb which was once home to mainly horse racers and lower class Melburnians is now rising up, and rapidly becoming an area highly sought after!! Ascot Vale boasts its countless parks, easy public transport access and a trendy Union Rd! But what i believe is Ascot Vale's best attribute is it's friendly locals! I myself have lived here my whole life and feel it is a suburb open to all types of Melbournians! By reading what types of residents live here you can see its evenly split; with Families, Couples, Retirees and Singles. Anyone who says only the South-East of Melbourne boasts the affluent suburbs, I say WATCH THIS SPACE!!!!!!
