"Would not move out for the world"
Absolutely love living in Kelmscott. There are so many areas of Perth which have much more crime than Kelmscott. If you live in a good pocket of Kelmscott (which is hard to miss btw, just stay clear of the most western area bordering Camillo) you won't have any issues.
