Forresters beach is a terrible suburb filled with unemployed junkies and vandals. The suburb has no growth due to no infrastructure. Propery values are plummeting and have been for some time. Whilst the beach is ok, its a surfers beach and not much good for ordinary beach goers. There is a reason why its quiet...no one wants to be there.
