Niemur Street

"A dying country town with little to offer"

Barham is a dying town, I have lived her for quite a few years and the businesses are closing slowly, occasionally a new one tries to open but not long after that you see another empty shop, the only reason it is still going now is because of the Barham services club and the tourists that come here to spend some money there and the flow on effect to other busnisses in town from that, it seems evey 2nd house is for sale, I know of some that have been for sale for over 4 years now, one in Teddy's lane for example, for kids there is nothing to do but get creative with vandalism. No gym, no swimming pool, nothing of interest whatsoever, I want to move away soon. Barham hospital is a joke, it rarely has a doctor and if you think you may ever need urgent medical care for god sake live somewhere else! The Barham medical centre is a home for spiders and cobwebs, that is usually all you will find there, good luck if you can ever get a doctor in barham!
