It mainly has housing complexes and has a large demographic both age wise and family, singles, elderly etc.
It is quiet most of the time, except for an occassional evening that some young 'punk' might hoon down the street.
It is a dead end street, however there is a new housing complex being built down the end.

A doctors surgury, chemist, convience store and several other facilites are located at the end of the street. Schools and childcare are in walking distance.

It is very close to the river, one street away with access via a path. The walk along the river under the highway and across the other side is pleasant and makes for a different outlook, then just suburbia.

While it is not the prettiest street, it does have lots of pros.
