Have been living here 3 years now, all is great (location, public transport, land size, etc) except hoons, party all night long & nuisance of those people, acted like they are the strongest with those muscles & tattoos so we all amaze & scare of them, sickening really.. seemed council/police don't do much (as usual) although we pay $ 750/quarter, just check very carefully the neighbourhood before you buy/rent property here if you want a quiet life.
