North Balgowlah will soon be on par with the values currently being achieved in Balgowlah Heights. With all of the older style houses being demolished and replaced by well designed 2 storey residences it is fast becoming a pretsigous area. Centrally located to transport, shops, schools and the beach all within 10 minutes of driving yet not affected by traffic. Couldn't pick a better suburb to live, especially for families. Avg median price of $1m does not properly reflect this area.
