Bought a property here 3 1/2 years ago. Just had bank appraisal and value has increased 20% already!!! It's a hidden secret. 10 min drive to shorncliffe if you love walking by the beach. 10 min to chermside shopping mall which is currently undergoing major renovation. It is 30 min away from the city. Close to gateway motorway. All the pluses. I take the train via shorncliffe line and get off at deagon station. Train is not packed unlike Ferny grove line. Lots of nice houses too with big lots. Overall happy.
