Walsh Street

"Walsh Street is quiet and leafy backed by beautiful Mt Whitfield, tucked right in behind the Botanic Gardens"

I have lived at the eastern end of Walsh Street for 6 years. It is a peaceful, leafy haven in the oldest part of Edge Hill with lots of walkers and visitors on route to the Red Arrow or Botanic Gardens for a coffee, breakfast or lunch. Gorgeous older homes, many original Queenslanders, that represent the very essence of what tropical living is all about. Five minutes from the Cairns Esplanade offering all that one could want for dining or or just going for a walk and soaking up the atmosphere. Cairns is an absolutely beautiful part of the world, and Walsh Street has to be one of the top spots to live, work and play.
