"Suburb which offers everything"
You will be spoiled with transportation choice, excellent schools and good selection of shops for your day to day needs. Epping club is excellent and some good take away places as well. In all Epping is an all rounder.

It is not true yet that Epping has all the facilities you say it has. In fact the schools you relate to are all in Case
Carlingford. There is no parking at Epping St,. People commute by bus even from Epping to get to the station. If. Epping will soon have major business hub, one would still have to drive or take the bus to it from Epping or Carlingford. There are currently no major shopping centres in Epping and the small shopping area is very congested. The developers have created a demand for high rise apartments but I believe they are having difficulty in moving apartment sales from Chinese investors.
