Living in Rivervale is great, so close to the city, Vic Park and access to major arterial roads. This is a dramatically changing suburb, old places being knocked down or renovated and new stylish homes being built. The population of the area is also changing with more affluent families moving into the area. We feel safe and secure in our home and have great neighbours and enjoy the parks and the proximity of nearby Belmont Forum and the new Bunnings. The council is investing in upgrades and makeovers of the infrastructure within the area. In all, it is an area on the move - all good!
