We own our own home and have lived here for 4.5 years. Properties are very affordable and good value for money. Lalor park is a very centrally located suburb minutes to the hills , Rouse Hill, Blacktown and Bella Vista.The suburb is very quiet overall, with mainly families and retirees. There are a few rough patches in Lalor Park but speaking from experience we have felt very safe and relaxed here in all the time we have lived here. there are some nice parks and lots of well established trees.Home prices are increasnig all the time as buyers realise what a bargain suburb this is.
