Have you been near the skate park? My kids cant go to the playgrounds or oval because of constantly being bullied and harrassed by feral group of kids. They even target grown ups and damaging property all around Edens Landing. Lucky you have not experienced this.

I love living here, a hidden pocket of peace and quiet, beautiful views and great neighbours. People generally look after their yards too. Conveniently half way between gc and Brisbane, it's not too far to travel anywhere.
