I have always found North Toowoomba appealing because of its delightful older homes, short distance to shops and numerous parks. I have recently purchased an old cottage which I am renovating. It has been a lot of hard work and quite a few dollars spent. In saying that it is amazing what can be achieved and a terrific investment. The streets are always kept clean and the neighbours are friendly, it is the ideal place to live. As a local real estate agent North Toowoomba is always a popular option for singles, couples, families and retirees. I like having Northland close by for those urgent/forgotten ingredients and looking forward to the new IGA being opened on the corner of Bridge and Mary Streets.
