Berala

"A rare gem in the inner west"

1. A great Family friendly Suburb as most of the residents are families with kids. Plenty of parks for kids to run around and with highly rated primary school.
2.A definitely safe suburb with the demographic of a mixture of retired Aussies, Chinese, Koreans, south and western Asians working in professional fields as well as students from nearby University of Sydney Cummberland campus.
3. A Convenient traffic intersection, connecting the Bankstown line and Western line: easy change at Lidcombe; within the 30 mins train travel circle to city , 15 mins to Parramatta, as well as 15 mins to other busy hubs such as Burwood, Campsie and Bankstown, so right in the heart of inner west.
4. Easy access to shops, shopping center and restaurants : Berala woolies at the station; Berala Hotel restaurant, Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai restraints are at the town center.
Lidcombe shopping center, Costco, Auburn shopping center ,Aldi, Reading Cinema and Service NSW are only less than 10 mins drive or a 20-25 mins lovely Stroll across the not densely built up area.
Really enjoy living here with my families!
