I moved to templestowe lower since 2008. It is a great place to live if you like quite and green suburb. There are a few nice parks surounded the suburb i.e wombat, westerfold. If you are willing to drive a few more minutes ruffley lake parks. Just a few minutes drive there is shopping town Westfield, pines shopping. This suburb has all it needs to raise kids including school. I highly recommend to those families with kids.

It is very near to CBD too.. Just 20 min drive.

This suburb is not suitable for people like to go for night life I.e pub, disco, bar and etc. To move around this suburb you need a car. The public transport is just not good. Majority of the bus do not operate after 7pm, Saturday and Sunday.
