"Suburb with no character"
Suffocating suburb with back to back builds. Lot of shady real estate agents operate in this suburb who should be reported to fair works. Substandard apartment sized duplexes are asking for millions. Shrewd homeowners combined with untrustworthy real estate agents are a big red flag and say a lot about this suburb.
"Cheap build suburb"
This suburb is overrated. The house builds are so shoddy, badly structured with cheap fittings. Single black slabs in kitchen to barely laminated cabinets. Cheapest tiles used in bathroom and very small backyards. You need to be careful of the house price scam this suburb has been running in the name of ‘premium suburb’.

"Overpriced and Overrated"
There is a lot of maintenance issues in most of these strata managed buildings. Stealing of goods from common area, noisy drag racing and not vetting people while renting is quite common in SOP. While park and stadium present a good view to this suburb they along with DFO Homebush add to a lot of congestion at times. These apartments are not worth the money, better to rent and move out.
Bitter much? I have lived in Schofields for nearly 8 years. It is an amazing, family friendly environment for which I am grateful. "Shrewd homeowners", "Shady real estate agents" - you do realise you are describing most home owners and ALL realtors, don't you?! Nothing wrong in a homeowner being smart about how they manage their large assets. Who wouldn't!
