"Excellent suburb to live in"
Excellent suburb to live in with great transportation facilities (Trains and upcoming NWRL), Massive woollies, Peaceful, Decent gentry and Close vicinity to shopping centres and business parks. Properties in this suburb are definitely up for astronomical hike in next 4-5 years.
