"Quiet but with hidden catches"

This is a quiet block with neighbours who want it to stay that way. It is handy to transport and shops, has a pleasant back courtyard and has a great lounge room. It does need maintenance and has had repeated plumbing problems which are ongoing - so be careful of that.
