Love the suburb, accessible, relatively close to the CBD, moved here from Sydney with my wife and daughter (9 months old) woukd not go back! Low house prices are unbeatable the suburb is like a hidden gem surrounded by not so posh ones. I would recommend Collingwood park to anyone who is looking for a quiet safe place we are living at goss drive only minutes away from Woolworths few minutes drive from red bank plaza.
