Rowleys Hill Road

"Magic location"

Quiet, in a hidden valley and with beautiful views through to the sea. A rural area, with a small number of farms, some hobby farmers, on a 'no through' road so the only traffic you see and hear are the vehicles on the properties or their visitors - and no barking dogs! Lots of trees, grass, daffodils and native wildlife.
Only 12 minutes from Launceston, the capital of northern Tasmania, home of the Australian Maritime College and University of Tasmania and great eating venues.
The school bus collects children for transporting to the local Lilydale district school or the nearest major population centre Launceston (Scotch Oakburn College and Launceston Church Grammar). The pony club and local playgroup is a 5 minute drive.
Located in the middle of the Tamar Wine Route and a 20 minute drive to the beach.
The local GP practice is a 10 minute drive to Lilydale, with a range of community based services available including community nursing (district nursing) home help, carer respite and family day care.
Your neighbours are always happy to help when you need them and have a friendly chat, but value their privacy as much as you do.
