Killarney Ridge

"perfect for young families"

There is a great vibe about our street, after you ignore the sounds of traffic coming from ring road, neigbours are all friendly, all houses in the street are only a couple of years old, there is a nearby park, a walking/riding path and gorgeous bushland views down to the valley. Kangaroos and wildlife a plenty, with the development busily being built on Plenty Road (close proximity) there will be alot of jobs created in the area and also cafes and shops emerging. Overall - love the street. V. happy.

How's the University Hill construction coming along? I saw that the Coles and a few other shops are already open.

Word on the street is that the kangaroos are becoming a big pain in the butt... crapping everywhere and trying to get run over by jumping around on the road.

Fulham Road

"Gorgeous street close to city"

This is a tree-lined street that is close to all amenities, not to mention gorgeous walks in parklands nearby. The houses vary from new to older houses that have been there for generations, the neigbourhood spirit is friendly and welcoming. Getting your foot in is harder these days with prices sky-rocketing in this area. A wonderful place to bring up family or even great for retirees with public transport so close by plus a quick walk to local strip shopping and also the best butcher in Melbourne, as seen on Takeaway the movie!

Buy here if you can afford it.
