Maroochydore
"Nice area, Great place to live"
Lived in Maroochydore for 25 years and love it. Great shopping centres, heaps of beaches, rivers, waterfalls, bushlands and mountains close buy. Local buses and trains go to and from city. Kids always have something to do or somewhere to go to keeping them out of trouble. Very little crime around here. Very safe to walk around by self at night. Lots of nice fancy restaurants as well :) A very green suberb. Lots of nice parks.

- Not many big shopping centres
- Not much in the way of public transport other than buses
