"Best place to raise family when I decided to buy house here"
Avenues are the best area for getting house here.
4 minute drive to Auburn Shopping
10 minute drive to Rhodes Shopping
10 minute drive to Bankstown Centro
Berala school has good reputation for Naplan tests (My kid is getting awards)
Very quite and helpful neighbours
Will stay for another 10 years+
House price cheaper than Lidcombe and Auburn but still close to station
Close to Huge park and Golf course
