Colwel Street
"Quiet, secure, convenient and friendly street"
The street can get crowded during school drop-off and pick-up times but thereafter and weekend it is a quiet street. The neighbors keep to themself, but like to "say hello" or "do you need hand?". The neighbors owner their home and stay for a number for years, we lived there for 5years and our neighbor at the time had lived there for 7years. We would certainly move back around there should be move back to brisbane.

I agree Teresa, I have sold a number of properties in both Colwel St & Campana St over the years & have found this little hidden pocket of Oxley offers it's residents well built post war homes on generous blocks of land with easy access to all amenities. I have found most people who buy in this area tend to stay for a lengthy period of time.
