I’ve lived on Green Street for just over a year and it’s the friendliest street I’ve ever lived on. The neighbours know each other and always happy to stop and have a chat.
The location is so convenient - Coles is a 5 minute walk along with all the venues on Swan street.
I love being able to walk to Melbourne’s famous venues - Sidney Myer, Botanical Gardens etc.
East Richmond station is at the end of the street and Richmond station is a 10 minute walk.
The downsides would be that there is not much privacy and density is so high and there is always some construction or roadwork going on.
