Saint Georges Terrace

"Top Terrace for lifelong living"

St Georges Terrace is a great street - easy access to Manson Oval and the Bellevue Heights Tennis Club, and walking distance to the Bellevue Heights Primary School and the Montessori Kids Kindy. A quick walk to Sargent Parade to the bus, and a 20min walk to Eden Hills station (which also has car parking facilities). Lots of lovely families living along this quiet street. It's not often a house comes up for sale on this street: its a suburb in which long-term retirees are gradually moving out and young families moving in. Such is the love in living here: once you move in, its a long time before you move out!

"Bellevue Heights: what's not to love?"

Lived in Bellevue Heights for 10 years, and loved it. Quiet suburb, close to everything: Eden Hills train station, bus services, Bellevue Heights Primary, Blackwood High, Marion Westfield, Blackwood shopping precinct, Flinders Uni, Flinders Hospital, the Southern freeway for that quick weekend escape to the coast, and the Sturt Gorge which has lots of fantastic walks. Will miss it ❤️
